What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I treat dogs as humans meaning I earn their trust I don't force them to accept me I take the time to allow them to get to know me and allow them to be dogs meaning lots of play time lots of love and yes lots of talking!! I DO NOT use any type of physical punishment everything is done to teach manners with love treats and positive reinforcement!
I have worked with dogs for over 30 years. I also have medical experience I am able to administer medications including shots IV fluids and more.
I have also been involved in rescue work and being a foster to abandon and unwanted dogs.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Yes, there are set prices for all services - NO surprise add ons at time of pickup!
How did you get started in this business?
My passion for dogs began when I was a very little girl. My dad raised and showed Great Danes and I was blessed to be able to help him and it was hard work but it set my path.
Many people call me an angel for dogs I have this connection that can not be explained it is just a rare and unique gift that I can seem to understand and know what each dog needs.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with any and all breeds and temperaments. I have owners that have had their dogs turned away from "pet salons/hotels" and now only come to me as I said I earn their trust and talk to them and groom around their needs, not mine and not by the time on the clock!!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Look them up on Facebook - Google - Website. Read the reviews ask questions and don't be afraid to drop in and check them out!
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Ask if they are licensed if they are insured how many dogs do they boarding at a time or have in daycare at a time. Is there really 24 hr supervision and care? Will they send photos and updates as to how your dog is doing?
