What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are a family owned business and believe in personal connections. We prefer to start with a complimentary in home consultation to address your moving needs on an individual basis. Not all moves are the same. We do not require a deposit or anything up front. Just like when we were founded, we do business with a handshake.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We offer a white glove final mile service that has afforded us the opportunity to work with some of the best interior designers and decorators in the world. You can't have those experiences without learning something. When it comes to your furniture, after being in the business as long as we have, we can just look at a piece of furniture and the path to where you want it and tell if it's going to fit or if attempting to will result in damaged furniture or walls.
