How did you get started in this business?
My career began as a commercial and residential service plumber for the largest plumbing outfit in the US. There was good days and there was bad days there are days when I worked hard and got the job done and days where I work hard and ended up soaked and in my van wanting to cry wondering what choices I have made to get me here. But at the end of the day service is in my blood and helping people through my service truly is my passion.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We serviced all types of customers regardless of the neighborhood or financial status we will always take a look and give you our opinion.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Cheap is not always the best, and expensive does not always guarantee quality!! Look for someone who is reasonable, can explain the work process, and truly respects you, your home and your unique situation.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Customers should try and ask as many questions as possible including why did this happen, how did this happen could this have been prevented, can we prevent this again in the future and what are the different options to solve the problem the proper way. Customers should also ask about the pros and cons to each solution and pricing options.
