What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1.Meet in our fully decorated showroom to discuss the scoop of the project.
2. Ou designer schedules 60-90 min meeting at clients home to determine actual needs.
3. 7-10 days designer will make a full presentation with needed drawings, item selected and pricing. Plan to make buying decisions and require deposit to get order started.
4. Lead times will vary based on scope of project and manufacture lead times. Estimate 12-16 weeks. Some order running later due to covid issue to supply chain.
5. We will call when all items arrive and schedule the install/delivery
