    Frequently asked questions

All potential new customers are greeted by a friendly and professional staff that inquires what service or product they were wanting to look into. We introduce our company briefly and explain products, proper maintenance and services to determine their personalized needs at which point the customer can be shown the available products for consideration and/or selection. As well as discussing how the billing is handled and what percentage of the bill needs paid and at what point. The customer selects a date and time for us to send out a surveyor to measure the job, blueprint design and inspect the existing flooring to brief installation crew on their job and any equipment that will be required. We explain the rest of the process to the client on what to expect at the survey and installation and provide contact information for appointment reminders and to maintain an open line of communication for any needs, concerns, or questions that may arise in between the next few steps. After being surveyed, all materials  and options need to be selected if not previously chosen and an order made. A detailed description of the installation process is given, a date set, and a crew completes the installation while photo documenting each step in the process for the job portfolio. Once completed, the installer will walk the customer through the finished job as they complete a sign off form and address any issues or questions the customer may have.

My father was a master tradesmen in many trades and had a very successful general contractor construction company call Jack of all trades. He began working me around 7yrs old, being as competitive as I am, I set out to be better then he ever dreamed to be. Learned every trade and began practicing my craftsmanship. Started my 1st business at 9yrs old, a lawncare service that was so successful, I sold it when I was 24yrs. Even though i never left or stop practicing my craftsmanship in the trades i was involved, I actually free up my time to master my craftsmanship in those trades and began learning other trades. Started a 2nd business in masonry that also was successful enough to be sold when I turn 31yrs old. Started my 3rd successful company in Renovation and Remodeling Residential that I  sold when i 36ĺĺĺlł
