Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask they complete our online Registration and provide the requested Vet & Vaccine documentation; once received and approved we can schedule a Meet & Greet with their pup or set up a Daycare Schedule to meet their needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I retired from my Executive Admin. Position in 2009 and decided to increase our dog care offerings to keep me busy. With 14yrs as a Scout Family, I had been sitting dogs for our Scout Families during campouts since 2003 and found it to be very rewarding and popular. Having agility features, pools, gravity mills along with toys, beds and time to play made it a great match for me.

What types of customers have you worked with?
Our clients are mostly local families looking for a 2nd home for their best friend when they are unavailable. Many of our guests are rescues looking to avoid kennels or large groups. We have several dogs who relieve their separation anxiety, exert pent up energy or work on their socialization skills thru our Daycare. Some guests just want companionship or need supervision and mentoring as they get thru their puppy years.
