My typical process for working for a new client is I type a contract up and me and the customer go over it. Then if the customer wants to move forward then we sign the contract and get it notarized.We would begin work right away.

How did you get started in this business?
I got started in this business by cleaning tools at 16 years old working with my dad . I stayed doing concrete and learned a lot over the years I went from cleaning tools to being a finisher with a lot of experience.

I haven’t had a recent event I was fond of.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would advise the customer to look over the pros profile .Then I would advise the customer to schedule a appointment with the pro to come out and give the customer a estimate . Also I would also make sure the pro has business insurance.
