What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make contact usually via phone, set up a day and time to meet. We come out, get measurements and a look at the project. Then we will email, text or call you with an estimate. If our numbers are satisfactory we will write up a bid proposal, email it and get a signed copy back.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15 years experience in concrete. That includes traditional flatwork and stamped concrete.
