What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listening to what their needs, wants and desires are and learning exactly what it is I can do in order to make this transition easier utilizing my many years of experience. Being dedicated and interested in the needs of our clients, is what puts us in the top 1% of Sales. Throughout the entire process, whether listing their home or purchasing a new one, our team works diligently to handle every aspect of the transaction. This includes Home Staging, Photography and negotiations, to name a few.

Word of mouth. Find out if the clients who worked with that particular agent was happy with the entire process, not just the closing transaction.
