Kelsey Wozniak, the Owner and Founder of The KTR Group, has always brought an incredible amount of passion to everything she does. This drive was instilled in her by her family from a very young age. Her parents taught her work ethic and the idea that “If you want something in life, you have to work for it; no one will hand it to you.”

Ever since Kelsey started her career in Real Estate she had the vision to someday have a team of her own. That same work ethic that was instilled in her from a young age made it possible for her “someday” to come sooner than even she thought possible...

Kelsey is incredibly proud of the agents that have joined her team and admires the love they share for Real Estate. Hi, I'm Kelsey! I am originally from Central Indiana and have made my home in West Akron. I love this community so much! The character and charm, the original wood floors that can be found throughout so many of the century homes, and most of all, I love having central access to the heart of Northeast Ohio. The park system we get to enjoy is something I will never take for granted. I mean come on, we live practically on top of a national park! It's as close to living in the mountains as you can get for the midwest.

The guy pictured next to me on the left is my partner in crime, my BFF, the guy with the nice hair and otherwise known as, my husband, Andy. We enjoy anything outdoors — skiing, biking, kayaking, golfing, you name it. We have two fur babes named Edmund Fitzgerald (Yes after the beer...) and Bellatrix. But let's be real, Bella pretty much rules the house. (Just look at her name! ⚡️)

When I'm not working I am traveling the world or spending time with my family and husband. This business has created so many possibilities and opened so many doors for us. Andy and my family are my biggest supporters and understand how important it is to me to be hardworking and devoted to my clients every day. This isn't easy when there have been manyyyy days that I am working from sun up to sun down and am not the most pleasant to be around. I mean selling houses looks easy... but there sure is a lot of pressure and stress that comes with. Being a Realtor® looks like its all fun due to social media and HGTV, but to be honest, it's one of the hardest things I've ever done and is anything but easy. Don't get me wrong, it is COMPLETELY worth it. But that guy up there, he's my rock and deserves a lot of credit for supporting me the way he does!

I'm always looking for creative ways to help my clients — big and small. This is the foundation I have built my reputation on and I'm very serious about upholding it. I see myself as a trusted advisor. I invest in my clients and take the time to educate them every step of the way. The best part is that I know I can look forward to a lifetime relationship we will keep and share. I'm eager to participate in their personal milestones, in their families' milestones and I'm equally as eager to share mine with them. Social media has really amplified the opportunity to do this daily and I am so grateful to be able to participate in their lives on and offline.
