What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with him in person and ask their particular needs and what they're looking for in purchasing or selling their home. Or if this is a commercial real estate endeavor to see what their needs are .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed realtor in the state of Ohio. Qualified to buy and sell real estate for individuals or companies. I personally have experience buying selling and flipping homes as well.

My services are free for buyers as I am compensated by the seller. For those looking to sell your home my commission percentage is negotiable.
How did you get started in this business?
I got started about a year ago when I decided why not buy and sell real estate professional instead of as a hobby. I love it!
What types of customers have you worked with?
All kinds. And families, single professionals, companies, investors… You name it.
Describe a recent project you are fond of.
Personally I always love finding families that perfect home. Recently got to do that for some friends of mine. They were looking for that perfect home to meet their needs in a great school district. They looked on their own for a while with no luck. I found him a home in seven days.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Personality and availability and make a big difference. When looking for a real estate agent there's certainly lots of choices. I would really look for someone that is active in the industry and can give you the time needed to find you what you were looking for.
