What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to get a feel for the work needing done,at first over the phone. It is at that time I can answer most generic type questions the customer may have,such as availability,experience,ball park costs they might expect,etc. I then can actually come out to the job location to meet with the customer where their specific needs can be addressed. From there,the customer can make their choice in their own time as to whether we can be of assistance to them with their project.
