About
My name is Diana and I have worked in the pet industry since 1992 after graduating from the animal husbandry program. I have been grooming for 31 years and have also worked as a veterinary technician for 10 years prior to entering back in college to pursue a nursing degree. After obtaining my LPN I worked at Akron General Medical Center in many different areas of nursing while continuing to maintain my grooming skills part time. After an injury and illness I had stepped away from nursing while maintaining my licensure and my sole income now is my grooming and pet sitting services. I have been passionate about animal from as long as i can remember and I love helping my community by educating them about grooming and other areas of animal health and preventative care!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to ask my client if they have a favorite picture or I will often review some of my own before/after photos or the breed standard to see what will make them happy and what cut is most beneficial to their dog according to how high/ low maintenance they want.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a 2 yr vocational certificate in Animal Husbandry and have attended numerous grooming seminars. I also have 10 years experience working in the veterinary industry.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Most dogs start at $45-50 which is a full grooming. This includes bath, nail trim, ears cleaned and plucked and anal glands if requested. Pet sitting prices vary.
How did you get started in this business?
I went to vocational school for my junior and senior year of high school where I studied Animal Husbandry.
