Hello, my name is Michael, I have been in business for close to 20yrs and completely love what I do. We are fully insured and LLC thru the state of Ohio and Licensed in Pennsylvania. I have my Bachelor's from Kent St Univ. But love working on home improvement projects as I decided to continue this line of work.
I strive to do make sure the customer is satisfied with their project. I always make myself available for the customer. When the project is completed, and the customer is satisfied, then at that time I am satisfied.
My company is professional and will do anything and everything to make sure you are completely happy with your home. If there is any issues? I'll be there. Customer satisfaction is so important to me and I strive on my reviews and my work.
I can do pretty much anything you need me to do. The only thing I do not do is major electric or total plumbing. I can do some minor things in that aspect but outside of that, there ISN'T anything else I can do and I hope I have the opportunity to show you.
I would love the opportunity to come out and give you a free estimate and answer any questions you may have. I will work with anyone and try to make anything affordable to your budget.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet the customer at their residence and build a good business relationship, listen to their needs that they are interested in, give them an honest and fair estimate, and start the job in the timeframe they want the specific job to take place. I want them to be happy and feel confident with their choice in myself.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the contracting business for over 20 yrs. I mainly focus on the exterior part of homes but have been a licensed carpenter, have done projects on over 1000 homes. I have great reviews and projects to provide as needed.

I always offer A+ Quality Service at an Affordable Price. I'm always fair and think of the customers needs and always willing to work with the customer, especially on a financial basis.
How did you get started in this business?
I started out in flooring, then I started in carpentry and started building homes and framing homes, and then I actually started doing gutters and siding and basically have taken all my skills and put into one big basket. That's why I can offer so many different abilities to help most people and as I said before I am very fair and always work with the customer until they are satisfied.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with many different types of people now I'm not sure what it means as far as types of customers but I work with anybody and I'm there to help anyone in need of a project that needs done.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
You should only work with a contractor that is willing to work with you especially on a financial basis. It's always nice to complete a project and get a message from your customer saying they want to leave a review and they love it etc. Photos of past projects and references are always good provided by contractor. Which I can always supply.
