As a New York and Connecticut Home Inspector servicing Westchester and Fairfield Counties (along with the rest of CT and NY) it is my intention to supply my clients with the most comprehensive reports representing the properties I inspect. Being equipped with the most accurate information is essential for all parties involved - realtors, buyers, sellers etc. My goal is to deliver that information in the simplest manner so that all parties can move forward with their transactions. It is also my hope that home buyers will fully understand the condition of all of the systems and components in the home they are purchasing.
Because I have been a builder and contractor for over 30 years I now have the opportunity to carry this experience into the field of Home Inspection.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will meet the client at the home to be inspected. Together, we will walk around the premises while I inspect and explain what I am looking at. I make it a point to be very clear about what we are seeing - expecially when it comes to the mechanicals of the house.
