What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we love to hear about their dog and how they got them. When the customer arrives, we ask what kind of cut they would like. We also ask about medical/behavioral issues, age, what vet they see, and proof of rabies vaccination.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been grooming dogs for over 25 years and do have a grooming certification
