Founded in 1993, Third Floor Corporation, also known as Doctor Structure, is a full-service construction and general contracting company based in Peekskill, NY. It serves private residential clients throughout New York State's Hudson Valley, Putnam and Westchester Counties, and New York City. The company specializes in structural repairs, custom home building, estate development, and architectural projects. It also has a keen interest in the restoration of historic and classic architecture. The team, led by Master Builder Ben Fiering, is committed to craftsmanship, fine architecture, and continuous training of apprentices.
