What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with new customers would be to first introduce my self. Second would be to listen to the customer about the type of HVAC problems they are having, then I would inspect and determine what is causing the issue. Third would be to come up with the most economical and best solution to fix the problem, lastly would be to give pricing.

I have 12 years in the field.

some prices vary depending on the job, whether it is a commercial or residential. However, for the most part there is a standard pricing system.
How did you get started in this business?
I was working for my uncle in his HVAC business for 8 years, then I decided to become self employed.
