Explain everything that will be done on the job and answer all their concerns so they're comfortable with what's going on in their house.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Electrical engineering and I've been working for licensed electricians for years so I know alot of the safety codes to pass any inspection if necessary.

I don't have a standard for pricing per say, every job is different so it really all depends on the location and what needs to be done.
