If you’re looking for that inspector to tell you what you want to hear I’m not that guy if you’re looking for a third party person to provide you with A report that will give you some information and a direction on the house that you’re willing to purchase. I am that guy.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Every inspector has different experiences. Cheaper is not always better, experience is what sets me apart from the next. like 34 years in business doing new construction working for myself running 12 to 14 guys building new homes as well as remodeling.
