What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer calls office to speak with receptionist to explain project. Reception can provide most pricing and schedule onsite or off site visit. If receptionist can not answer the question, they will patch customer through to an Engineer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Engineer and architects have a minimum of 4 years college degree. Our licensed Engineers have several years experience and have passed the state Engineering exam.
