What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will book an appointment together, and possibly a “start up” appointment to get to know your animal and you, and for you to get to know me depending on your preferences. I bring my equipment and I will sweep up hair if a broom is provided
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently a dog groomer, I have 5 years dog bathing experience and over 8 years working with animals as a kennel attendant. I am becoming certified and always work on furthering my education. I have gone to pet conventions to do so.
