Hello, My name is Tony and I'm currently retired from Home Repair and Improvement contracting after 30+ years. I've been a Licensed NYS Home Inspector since 2014, and I worked as a Sect. 8 Housing Inspector for over 6 yrs. I became self employed in construction because of the frustrations I endured working for large companies. There never seemed to be enough time to do the job right but always time to have to do it over. Most contractors only sell the idea of quality work, then hire kids to actually show up at your door. Or some insist on payment upfront and you never see them again, or if you do, they don't complete the job. I pride myself on doing the best job that I can, if the job is out of my scope, I won't take it on. I specialize in quality painting and carpentry.
