We start with a call to understand the goals and strategy to follow.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started working at the lowest point of the market and understood how to help my customers in the worst economy. The result was a successful understanding of how to navigate rough times and take advantage of the booming market that followed.
Circle Of Excellence Award every year since 2015, with gold level for this last year.
2018- obtained the Brokers License from the Caplan Real Estate School In Tinton Falls.
2012- Graduated the kieslak real estate school at Monmouth University with a bachelors degree in business management and Real Estate.
2010- obtained the NJ Realtor license from the Caplan Real Estate School and started working for Better Homes in Long Branch and Midlantic Property Management also in Long Branch

If you’re a buyer, our commission usually gets paid by the seller, so my services are free for you.
If you’re a seller, our commission is only due at closing. So we only make money if you make money! Rates are negotiable and discussed at our first conversation.
