I have spent my whole life in the tri-state region. I was born in the Bronx, moved to Connecticut with my parents when I was 12 years old, moved to Manhattan upon graduation from school and after meeting my husband of 40 years, we migrated to New Jersey via Long Island and Staten Island. We settled down in Manalapan in 1989 and have lived in the same house since then.

I have been a part of this community as a local business owner in the capacity of an interior designer as well as a travel consultant. My extensive background in sales, negotiating and customer service make me a great choice to help you with your home buying and selling needs. Sondra Allen was fantastic to work with.

We were out of town during the majority of the time our house was on the market,

She handled all showings and open houses personally

She knew how fussy I was about cleanliness and had surgical booties at my front door for all parties interested in touring the house. Also she never let buyers tour our house without her being with them as we were very concerned about keeping our possessions safe.

Sondra also took care of every detail of final sale including supervising inspector and needed repairmen

I cannot stop raving about her and continuously recommend her to others

If you are interested in buying a home, I would highly recommend working with Sondra Allen!

From the very start, Sondra was a true professional and very attentive to our needs as we were searching for our dream home. My husband and I ended up falling in love with a foreclosure property, and it was quite a process. However, I cant say enough positive things about Sondra as she made things happen!
