About
Radon has two unique properties that make it a problem. First, it is radioactive, and thus it has the potential to cause serious health problems. Second, it is chemicallt neutral and un-reactive. This allows the radon to move from the soil under your basemennt floor, through the concrete and inbto the house.
Every house is different and we take the time to evaluate the specific conditions of soil quality and the ability of the soil to permit or restrict air movement. we can then design a system specific to your needs.
