Frequently asked questions

Our process is very simple. Let us know what the situation is, or what exactly you are looking for, we provide a proposal, that you can sign electronically, where we specify where we are going, who we are representing, the cost of the inspection, and we also provide EPA regulations and sample collection information so you won't be kept in the dark.

Our laboratory is accredited through NVLAP, NELAC, ELAP, and we are certified to analyze Mold.

Our field inspectors are registered and approved to work as inspectors by the Department of Labor, Department of Health, and OSHA.

We are fully recognized by the EPA.

Every project is unique. We do hold standard pricing for simple visits, but more information is needed to provide accurate pricing. We always encourage to reach out to us, it takes no effort on our behalf to type a proposal and send it for your review and comparison.

Our owner, Rick Eustaquio, used to work for an Asbestos Laboratory, where he became intrigued by the field inspections. We ventured off to start his own inspection company, years later, he returned to buy out the Asbestos Laboratory he use to work for, and now here we are today!

Homeowners, Realtors, Bankers, Insurance Companies, Property Preservation Companies, Remediation/Abatement Companies, Local Townships, Federal State, US Military, Architects, General Contractors, and many more.

We always recommend doing some research on any pro you hire. Make sure they are fully licensed and capable of taking on your project. If you are ever unsure, ask for references.
