Hi, my name is Yvette Aviles.
A. Interior Decor is a Brooklyn, NY based service and product company. We provide Home Staging and Cleanout services. In addition, we are also a retailer of Home Decor and Furniture.
We have been providing Home Staging and Cleanout services since 2014, preparing homes for the real estate market; creating spaces that are design to help perspective buyers envision their lives in these spaces while, also revealing the full potential of the property.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial visit, create plan, presentation, stage, de-stage.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied Interior Designing and Home Staging at the New York Institute of Art and Design; drafting and blueprint reading at the Institute of Design and Construction. I am certified in AutoCAD. I have completed the 45 hour course in compliance with New York State Law at the Real Estate School in Brooklyn, NY.

I charge a flat fee for actual Home Staging. All furniture rentals are additional cost (will work with existing furnishings). and any additional services are provided at a 40% above cost.
