After visiting her home, I identified that her issues was her house had a flood years ago and was never properly addressed. Mold was growing behind the walls and in areas that were active water intrusion on the foundation wall. Conducted some air samples, and found the mold count was elevated. We had the area corrected and she has since been in better health. That made me proud to be able to assit her and make her home safer.
