Professional and realistic. Alice loves her clients and puts their needs first. She rearranged her schedule to accommodate me when I was overwhelmed after inviting my large rescue German Shepherd puppy to come live with my tiny 8 year old chihuahua. And I loved Alices good citizen trainings and park social groups.

Alice was amazing with Morgan. She loves all the pets that she trains with her whole heart. She is wonderful person. She is very accommodating with her schedule. I would recommend her 100%.

I trained my first dog and he was a good boy BUT my second guy is an angel because he was trained by Alice. If I had the money to do longer he probably could be an actor. lol she is amazing all she had to do was show him 1-2 times and he got it once we followed up with him he would continue and get it. I try to show him something new that she never taught and he doesn’t get it lol. Highly recommend

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We start with an in-depth private in-home Consultation where will discuss everything dOg, complete Nutrition analysis, information including the good, bad & the ugly, holistic preventatives for flea, tick, heartworm as well as up-to-date vaccination protocols. A complete evaluation and your first session will also be included in your Consultation.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been working with animals my entire life and specifically dOgs since 2001. I am a Holistic Certified Professional Dog Trainer/Behaviorist and a Certified Pet Nutrition Specialist. I am also a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner & Certified Personal Trainer.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

I offer various Programs which are priced according to how much direct help you prefer and your desires.

How did you get started in this business?

As a Cetified Personal Trainer I was looking for a specialty niche so "Bodies by Alice" went "K9". I started training clients w/their dogs indoors and outdoors. I loved working with the dogs so much I eventually phased out the human training side of the business and focused on the dog training side only. I went for formal training, became certified and continue my education to this day which also includes specialties in behavior and nutrition.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have workedo with individuals and families, from basic puppy training to service dog training. I love to work with the family dog and the every day problems that arise as well as problem behaviors ranging from fear, anxiety and aggression to name a few. I have also trained dogs for children on the spectrum, individuals suffering with PTSD and service dogs for Veterans and others. In addition, I teach group training classes for puppies, intermediate and advanced dogs and I am recognized by the AKCKC as an instructor and evaluator for AKC/STAR Puppy Programs & AKC/CGC Programs.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

If you have not been personally referred to the individual, check their website and of course their reviews on Google.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

What is your dog doing that you wish they weren't and what would you like your dog to be doing in lieu of those behaviors?
