About
Happy Panters is a pet service company that offers clients "Peace of Mind" as they go about their days. Our goal is to create an atmosphere that leaves your pet completely happy and calm while showing them the love we show our own pet. We care for them by feeding them, giving them exercise and checking in on their overall wellbeing. All pets have different personalities so we always take that in to consideration.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we receive a new client inquiry about our services, we usually begin by emailing them some information about our company, our prices and generally how the process goes. If they are pleased with the process & message we provide, they have the option to request a Meet & Greet in order for us to then meet in person. We meet in person, ensuring that you and your pet will be comfortable in our care. We agreed upon a start date and we follow up each visit with an emailed update. The update is detailed and include pictures of our visit.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors in psychology and I am a certified Dog Trainer. I also have my Pet CPR & 1st Aid Certification.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Yes we do:
30 mins - $20
1 hour - $30
How did you get started in this business?
My partner and I adopted a Shih Tzu who was 3 years old at the time. She was not potty trained and lacked many social skills. Being a psychology major, I began paying a lot more attention to her body language and the non verbal cues. We worked with her to build confidence in herself and now she loves being around other dogs and never has any accidents in the house. Her personality has come out and she loves to be loved. We wanted to extend the care she received to other pets. We learned there is so much more to pet care than meets the eye.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have had all types of customers. We work with business clients who travel often, so we consistently care for their pets, day in and day out. We have elderly clients who may find it hard to go outside and exert too much energy. We also offer them consistent pet care. Parents with multiple children also need reliable and consistent pet care.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Pay attention to their energy. How do they interact with your pet ? How does your pet react? Pets are like kids, their body language and reaction to a person will tell you all you need to know. Check references and never be hesitant to use a camera within your home to ensure trustworthy care.
