Uniquely trailored for each and every dog!

I have  passion for supporting dogd and their owners to ensure the best quality of life. My main goal is to help owners build a better relationship with their dog(s). As a dog owner and trainer I known the importance of clear communications in the relationship. My experience has allowed me to develop my personal philosophy on dog care and I have many happy clients who I remain in contact with. I am looking forward to helping many more families in the future.

However, training for me and my dog was especially important since Bobo would also be training to be my Diabetic Alert Dog. Our foundational work with Linda was priceless for both me and my pup. We were able to learn basic skills and build respect as a team. I have had dogs before but the level of training we received from Linda went beyond my experience as an average dog owner. I learned a level of assertiveness and confidence beyond commands with Linda that I continue to use as a person with a medical alert dog (people can be crazy about animals in the city, especially cab drivers), which in turn ended up leading me to doing advocacy work. We subsequently worked with animal behaviorists for my pup's service training who were quite impressed at how quickly my dog was able to learn new commands and tasks.

Linda is great! She’s very well informed. I don’t know how I would have survived without her. She helped train me as well as my doggy Duke. From training, to bathing, to dog sitting for me on vacations. Linda is very professional and trustworthy. She inspired me to quit my job and become a dog walker ❤️

Linda is such a huge help with Lucy! She has this incredible knack for matching authority with love. Her enthusiasm for dogs is genuine and it shows. Linda quickly became more than a trainer but part of the family and I am so grateful for everything she does.

I liked that Dog Basics NYC worked with the needs of my dogs and my family. She gave us tips on how to improve his behavior and recommended things that we could buy that could help us with our dog’s behavior.
