It is quality over quantity in my establishment. We will not book an appointment or give an estimate on the phone without meeting with you first. Consultations are the new way to ensure that there are no misunderstanding with regard to hair style or pricing, we can address your dog's anxiety or behavioural,or medical issues before the appointment. Your dog is more comfortable because he/she has been here before. My appointments are one at a time. There is no cage drying, no caging.
I have been grooming over 21 years. I enjoy the seniors, the special needs dogs as they require patience and tender loving care. My work is being more than a professional pet stylist. It is my passion and goes way beyond the hair cut.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do not book appointments via email or phone. I ask the customer to come in for a consult. In this way, I can see the animal's coat condition as well as temperment. I can meet the owners and communicate clearly as to what they expect and what the costs will be. There are no surprises and new customers like the fact that I set aside time in my busy schedule to meet with them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been grooming for 20 years and graduated from the prestigious Nash Academy in 1998. I attend 2 grooming conferences a year to hone my skills and find better ways of accomodating my customers.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
A standard price only exists if the customer comes in every 4, 6 or 8 weeks. I only do a limited amount of dogs a day and each are done on an individual basis. We cannot do dogs that are not kept up on brushing and combing as our regular clientele suffers. If a dog suffers from severe anxiety or has a special need, this involves extra care so there will be an additional charge added.
