In my opinion grooming a pet is not just a haircut, it's an experience. I want my people customers & my animals to feel laid back and taken care of in my shop. I strive to leave an impression on all of the animals that come to my door. Every pet has a different experience while at the groomer & I believe it is our job to adjust to them accordingly.
What I enjoy the most about my job is that I am capable of experiencing a dog who has such fear and may have had a bad experience in the past and it learns to trust me and we feel each other enough to get the grooming done without a freak out...that to me is special.

When a new customer arrives we will fill out a client card with the owners name, address, phone number(s). We than ask for the pets information. We than talk about the service that will be provided for that particular pet.
I have on the job experience for 10 years.
All pricing is adjusted according to each individual animal. If we do less we lower the price !
I have guided other groomers with learning to handle animals & groom. When I opened my business I taught my groomer & now we are a team !
I have worked with all different types of animal owners. From nervous to excited from happy to unhappy. I do what's best for the animal first and I always treat my clients like I would my friends because I appreciate them.
I am fond of attending dog events around NJ, specifically greyhound rescue events. It's nice to give back to the animals in all different ways. You also meet many great people along the way!
Pet photography.. I hope to take classes so that I can professionally capture your pet!
I would advise all pet owners to know your groomer, communicate with your groomer & allow your animal to form a relationship because that is what is important to your pet!
You and your family should ask about your groomers experience, there nitch in what they do, there shops policy, how long you want your pet at the groomer, any questions about the equipment used, & of course the haircut/service !
