How soon the project should be done, pricing, what contractor to choose, Does the contractor have experience, certifications & licensing by the State. If mold or asbestos related, does the mold/abatement remediation company do mold/asbestos monitoring/testing as well, because they shouldn't, its a conflict of interest.
