Why Atelier036? Atelier036 is a small hands on Architecture and Design Studio, Our approach to every project is “ TABULA RASA” - CLEAN SLATE
With the idea that every design is customized to our client’s, needs, space and budget. We start with an intense study of the image that you are looking to project, and work with you to translate that into an architecture element, space planning, material selection, and lighting design of the space. Using 3D digital modeling will allow you the client to better understand the design intent and ultimately help the contractor build the space.
With majority of our work coming from referrals, our clients know that we provide an unparalleled level of care and attention to meet our client's needs and project management.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical design process includes the below. However every project is unique and requires different approach
1. Client meeting and develop project objectives
2. Schematic design - initial floor plans and 3D digital model. once approved, develop pricing set
3. Design development - specify all finishes and design elements including lighting
4. Construction documents - all needed documents for bidding and filing with the department of building
5. Construction phase - visit the site, review contractor’s submissions and report back to client
