If you are looking to purchase a home, there is no fee. If you would like to hire me to sell your property my fee can be discussed during my listing presentation.

I have worked with investors, first-time homebuyers, sellers of co-ops, condos, single and multi family homes, families going through divorce, estate sales, as well as tenants, management and landlords in the luxury rental/leasing space.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
When it comes to listing or purchasing property you can not solely rely on or put heavy weight on the Company you'd be hiring. It is extremely important for you to vet the agent or broker that is asking for your business. Real Estate transactions are often the biggest investments/sales of ones life time so it's important that you work with and agent you can trust.
