What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new clients, it is very important that I am aware of any triggers that may cause the pet to become uncomfortable.
Note: duration of groom may be longer due to pet not adjusting well.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started working with pets in 2014 and within those years I became a dog trainer and then grooming, I also have some experience in a veterinary hospital.

How did you get started in this business?
I started out as a dog trainer and I fell in love so I wanted to be more hands on then I found my passion for grooming.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with customers that have no pet experience to pet owners that had pets all their life.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
There are a lot of ins and outs when in comes to grooming and even though you know what is best for your pet, a groomer knows what is best for your dogs physical health.
