AC Design & Development

We schedule an initial consultation with the client to discuss their project, what they are looking to accomplish in their space. the timeframe and their budget. We take pictures of their space, determine the amount of natural light that comes into the space and the client functions in their space.

After our initial consultation, we generate a scope of work identifying the work to be completed, an estimate of the cost for the furnishings as well as our cost for services.

Once the client reviews and approves our cost we set up another date and time to measure their space, bring a few design ideas and we get started with creating 3 design concepts for their space. 

I have a bachelor's degree in architecture and I'm a certified designer

Our rates are $200/hr. including our initial consulation

We also our D.I.Y services where we meet with the client, review their space and provide them with recommendations so they can move forward at their own pace. Our fees for these services are as follows:

1 hour - $200/hr

2 hours - $350/hr

I chose to study design because I wanted to create living spaces that were true reflections of the people I was designing for. Design is what I'm passionate about and my goal is to bring beauty and new life to my clients home

We specialize in residential work but we have work with commercial projects from beauty salons, to medical offices

We are currently completing a project in the Bronx were we reversed the locations of the bedroom and living room and created an open concept kitchen/living and dining room for the client and their large extended family. We added crown molding with cove lighting in the crown to create a romantic ambiance

We always tell potential clients to do their research. They need to understand how much furniture costs, kitchen cabinets, fixtures, etc. so that they can create a realistic budget for their project
