About
As your Realtor, I offer the level of expertise that comes from 26 years of helping hundreds of people buy and sell homes. As a local resident for 49 years, I have an insider's track on where the best buys are.
There are approximately 10,000 real estate agents in our multiple listing service and that includes true experts, part-timers, newbies and dabblers. A very large percentage of the business is closed by a much smaller group of top Realtors. You need to be represented by someone who is well known and works within this group of select agents who are closing the deals. I am your liaison and will market your home within our network to the agents who are most likely to sell it.
As a buyer, you'll be plugged-in to advance word on the newest listings, the best deals and first showings. Last year, off-market sales represented about 30% of my volume - don't miss out on the great houses that the public never got a chance to see.
I love introducting people to Monmouth County - it's a very special place with ocean beaches, wide rivers, farmland and bustling traditional downtowns.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To get started, my process with both sellers and buyers starts with a phone call. I want to understand what their goals are: when they want to move and then we'll go on to evaluating the true market value of their home or getting the buyers pre-approved for a purchase. You'll find I'm easy to talk to and well-prepared to maximize your real estate dollar.
What types of customers have you worked with?
My clients range from college grads looking for their first apartment to the biggest names in New Jersey Rock & Roll. I've represented builders for the last eighteen years, in addition to singles, families and companies looking for new locations.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
There are so many, the man who told me he was the first person ever to own a home in his family for as many generations as anyone knew touched me deeply. The sale of a home to a buyer who said she'd ridden her bike past that house since she was a child and always said to herself "When I grow up, I'm going to live in that house". And last year I sold the house my parents built in 1956. We had sixty years of life in that house, all seven of us!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure you hire an agent who is a full-time producer of ten years or more. The process is simply too complex for a part-timer or trainee.
