What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I meet with the customer to insure I fully understand their needs and wants. I can then begin working with architects (as required) and engineers to insure the project is fully compliant to New York State and local building codes.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I'm a degreed engineer and have over 20 years of major construction and remodeling experience.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all types of customers. New customers looking to remodel or build a new home without any construction knowledge up to business owners who own construction companies as well.
