What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with the customer to insure I fully understand their needs and wants. I can then begin working with architects (as required) and engineers to insure the project is fully compliant to New York State and local building codes.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a degreed engineer and have over 20 years of major construction and remodeling experience.
