To get to the point quickly, I would recommend Glenn as a home inspector in a heartbeat. Anyone considering him would be a fool to hire someone else. He was early to our job site and got right to work taking pictures and looking around the outside of the home for any potential projects or future work to be done. He did an amazingly thorough job inspecting our potential home and gave us sound advice and knowledge about any immediate and future repairs the home would need. His inspection really helped give my boyfriend and I a clear view on the home we were purchasing and what condition it was in. As we had been told, previous inspectors had found no problems or work to be done anywhere in this home. Glenn found a major electrical issue that required immediate attention that day. In addition, he told us that the house would need a new roof probably sooner than we anticipated. Glenn’s overall knowledge of the major areas of the home - electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc was very appreciated and welcome as we are first time homebuyers with no previous background in any of this type of work. Having Glenn to teach us about the bones of a home is exactly what you want out of a home inspector and provides such a better experience when navigating a home purchase.

Glenn is the absolute best! He is very professional, friendly and through at his job. From the time you call him, he takes the time to explain everything in detail to you. We did two home inspections and didnt hesitate to call him for BOTH inspections. Hes great and you wont regret hiring him at all. He even called us to assure us that no matter how much time had passed that we could call him with any/all questions we may have about our new home and I really appreciate someone who would go the extra mile to check on his clients.
