About

Positive dog training. Obedience training. Fun and a great way to bond with your dog. No dog is beyond help. Love what I do and love helping people and dogs learn how to work together.

I love working with people and dogs of all breeds, size and age. I worked as a positive dog trainer at Petco now I work at Petsmart as dog trainer, and I love what I do. I am working to get certified in service dog training also. Going to school to continue my education and get more certifications. I will help you learn to communicate with your fur babies in a positive way. I have been training dogs for about 15 years and been certified with petco and petsmart.

Jamie is fantastic. She is patient and kind and my puppy and family loves her. Her training tips are on point and my puppy has learned so much from her already. I would highly recommend Jamie, she’s the best!

Training with ease! There was no rush with the training areas that needed more work were always worked on with patience. We were given all the tools we needed to continue training once classes were done with confidence

Jamie the dog trainer taught me to not talk to my dog like shes human but too be more visual with my dog. Using my hands and saying what I want with a word. So thank you Jamie cause that was huge in watching you with my dog and continuing to use what I learned going forward

    Frequently asked questions

I like to meet on phone or face to face and go over what they are looking for and out of training.  Learn a little bit about the dog.  Then I come with treats and start working with client and their owner.  I treat the dogs like they were mine.

I am certified with Petco for a year, I am in school for more certifications. Been training dogs for about 15 years uncertified. Positive training.  I also do in homes, group classes and privates in Petco and privately.

I do $100 a dog discounts on multiple dogs, if you sign up for more then one training session you get discount prices. 6 weeks starts at $550..

I got started in this business because i always loved training and working with dogs since I was 12years old, I have continued training dogs all my life. Now I am 43 years old and I was robbed about 2 years ago and decided I wanted to get certified and work with dogs.  So I got a job at petco became full time dog trainer and now love what I do.  Best job ever and now I love to continue my education and keep learning more and more about dogs.

I have work lots of different customers from children 5 and up, teenagers, adults and seniors.. I work with puppies from 8weeks to seniors.. food aggression, high energy, small breeds to large breeds and everything in between.. if I feel I am not able to help with your dog I will always let you know because no matter what I want the best for your dog.

I worked with dogs afraid of everything and dogs afraid or aggressive towards other dogs and have worked them to ignore the other dog while off leash and not to get violent.  I work very hard with you to make your dog the best they can be.

I would make sure they work more with positive reinforcement trainers that way the dog does what you want them to do because they want to not because they are forced too.  Make sure you get the right trainer for you one that will make you and your dog comfortable and will answer all the questions you have to the best of their ability..

Do your research.. what do you want from your dog?? What do you want them to do, what do you not want them to do?? What do you want them to do instead.. when the training is all done what does your final trained dog going to look like.. make sure you explain it to the trainer so you get exactly what you want
