Our customers come to us in all sorts of ways, we get a ton of word of mouth referrals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have gone through an apprenticeship as well as years of training. We hold several liscenses through out western New York.

How did you get started in this business?
I started doing military defense work, talk about high standards! They were and are the highest standards this has done us and our customers well over the years! We cut no corners and strive for perfect work on all of our customers needs.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We do mostly residential work.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Hire a liscensed insured professional period! It's often cheaper to hire a professional them messsing with a handyman or jack of all trades guy. There are lots of great handymen out there BUT many communities REQUIRE A LISCENCE!
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
To save us time and them money clear the work areas for us ! If we can see switchs and receptacles it makes our job so much easier! If you can't move heavy furniture don't worry we will ! We have all types of customers so don't worry we will fix your issues!
