Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A lot of my process is getting to know the family, animail and human. Training is not only about "Sit" "Stay" Etc. It's about getting to know the family members we bring into our family.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Writing. I have a life long experience with animals and personal dog training for the last 8 years.
I am also enrolled in training to further my skills in dog training.
How did you get started in this business?
Dog training has been such a great love of mine. I've started by training my own dogs, as well as others in my close family and friends. I can't wait to branch out and help more people.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with different types of people. I do well with working with dogs and their owners.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
My favorite training moment was helping train a K9 to stay at out of the kitchen when their family sat and ate their dinner. He has gotten to the point that he no longer needs to be reminded to back out of the dinning room when the family sits down for dinner.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Look for a trainer that cares for both you and your K9 family member.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What do you expect from a dog trainer?
