Nuernberger Piano Company is a full-scale piano workshop based in Ridgewood, NY, serving New York City and the surrounding area. The team provides in-home service and shop work, specializing in tuning, repairs, restorations, and sales of restored instruments. Led by owner and head technician Timothy Nuernberger, a classically trained pianist, with support from piano technician Noam Avnon, the company focuses on returning instruments to original factory specifications and extending their useful life.

Services include standard and pitch-raise tuning; regulation; restringing and repinning using Mapes wire and Denro tuning pins; hammer selection and installation from makers such as Renner, Abel, Ronsen, Imadegawa, and Steinway; soundboard repair or replacement; and meticulous refinishing in high-gloss, semi-gloss, or satin finishes with hand methods. Typical restorations can also include pinblock replacement, action rebuilds, new hammers, keytop recovering, harp regilding, hardware polishing, and damper restoration.
