What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well that depends on the type of project but initially we would have a discussion about their wants & needs and how they see me helping them out. We would also review inspiration ideas to get a sense of their end goal and the scope - whether that be simply redocorating a room, redesigning a home, or even making structural changes. The project then becomes a partnership between the client & I to set project milestones and timelines to reach their end goal.
