Hi! I would like to take a chance to introduce myself. My name is Ivan E. DeGonzalez. I’m an interior & garden designer. I was born with a natural passion for residential and garden design. Ever since, I was young I would browse through home and garden magazines dreaming of one day being able to design peoples homes and gardens into their dream oasis. After, graduating from high school, I went to college to study architecture. But, soon realized that, my passion was in creating beautiful interiors. I then went on to study interior design at Fashion Institute of Technology. Leading me to open my own interior design firm Peacock Home & Garden Designs. My exquisite taste in high end furnishings helps me create interiors for my clients that, are luxurious, elegant and harmonious. The same goes for my garden designs. I look at gardens as an extension of your home. Therefore, I design them as natural rooms with an open roof. A beautiful garden helps enhance the exteriors of a home while, at the same time providing elements of surprise. Yet, connecting you to nature.
The photos that, I have posted here are my clients design style. I design in every genre and design style as my job as a designer is to please the client. Finding your specific design style is determined in our initial consultation. Please, view my work as a way to see how I can put materials together. Not in way as that is the only style I can do. At the end of the day our work consist of the opportunities given to create beautiful spaces.
