This company is amazing. Vincent answered the phone on a Saturday afternoon and booked an inspection with me for that Monday at 10am. He gave me a brief explanation of what he would be looking for while conducting the inspection and even had the report sent to me in full by the late afternoon of the same day! He called me when he arrived and the minute he finished; brushed up on some issues that he seemed concerned about the most. He answered all of my questions without any hesitation. Would definitely use again and definitely refer to friends/family

I hired Vinny after needing an inspector sooner than expected. From start to finish he did an excellent job. Vinny was always accessible and took his time to explain the process to my fiancé and I as we are first time home buyers. Through our phone conversations alone, we knew we made the right decision. During the inspection he showed us some things to settle prior to entering contract and explained many details about the home that we would have overlooked. Vinnys expertise helped us ensure we were making a good decision on our home purchase. The detailed report sent the following day had pictures and recommendations to negotiate before entering contract. Also was able to see some of the thermo tech he used to check the radiant heat as well as basement for any moisture. I would recommend Vinny if you appreciate someone who is patient, thorough and is willing to explain things that first time home buyers may not be acclimated with.

Unlike many competitors, Vinny also understands that hes inspecting homes in 2019, and thus accepts cards and digital payments as opposed to only cash and checks, like numerous other inspectors we interviewed prior to working with Vinny.

During the inspection, it felt like he was fair in his assessments, but at the same time advocating for us when required, in order to ensure we get a fair shake from the property seller. His report was adequately detailed and easy to understand. Highly recommended, and would certainly work with again.
